I was wondering if there was a problem on the network. Our employees are triying to access content but the message "Your course is loading." is displayed, but nothing shows... 5 minutes ago, everything was working well and it took seconds to upload content.

Sorry you're seeing an error in Rise 360. Everything is working normally on our side. Can you try closing the web browser then reopening Rise 360?

We are not having any issues at our end.
My collegue's account was deleted for 10 minutes... that explains why. It's now back on.
