Hello all, I exported a Rise course (for hosting on a website) which included a link to a You Tube video. When our web team extracted the files and was going through the course, the video wouldn't play. Screen shot attached. Also attached is a screen shot of the You Tube link I used to put the video in the course. I did not use the embed option. Wondering about alternatives so the video will play. Thanks for you help.
It looks like your team published the web output, then opened the index.html file to test it locally. While the YouTube video won't display when viewing the output locally, it should display once you've uploaded the output to your web server.
Have you tried hosting the output on your web server yet?
Thanks Alyssa, I've passed your info the the web folks as I don't know whether they were trying it our locally or on the server. I appreciate the reply.
