I am trying to embed a Youtube video in Rise but once it is in the course the title and description of the video from Youtube show up as well. Is there a way to remove this so the learner only sees the video and not the video description?
It looks like you used a Multimedia Embed block. Hover over that block, and click the Edit button. Then, un-check the option for Show metadata. That should do the trick!
Hi.. I'm adding a video from Youtube to my Rise course. I only want people who take the Rise course to see it. Should I mark it as private and then embed it in Rise or make it unlisted?
I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing this bug where the Metadata Cannot be Disabled when Inserting a URL for a Video in Labeled Graphic.
Please let us know if you’re still noticing the issue, and we’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.

That worked, thank you so much!
How do you upload a youtube video to Rise 360?
Hi Craig!
Just copy the URL to the YouTube video, and paste the URL into a Multimedia Embed block. Let me know if that works for you!

Hi Kandice! Good question, to make sure only your Rise learners have access to the video but it isn't public on YouTube, please keep it unlisted.
