I have recently downloaded Articulate 360. I am trying to access Rise and can load the first page to click the 'new' button however it just takes me to a blank page and nothing loads. Any ideas as to what is happening? I really want to do a project in Rise but am confused as to why it won't work.
Thank you, I just found the FAQ page I needed. I don't have any of the browsers that are needed for Rise so I'm getting my IT team to put Chrome on there now :)

I'm currently using the free trial for rise to create my courses while i wait for my subscription. i had already started with the module but i can't seem to be able to edit it since i shutdown COB yesterday.
How can i access it again? i put a whole days work into that.
What browser are you using to access Rise? Can you check that you're using one of the browsers here?
To access Rise, navigate to rise.articulate.com in your web browser and log in with your Articulate ID. You should see the course you previously created and have the option to create new courses.
I am using both IE11 and Chrome - they are both giving me the same result.

Looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it. If you had attached the screenshots they won't come through the email - so you'll want to visit this forum discussion to upload them.
I can't get into the Module/Course itself like the video shows to share the
file with you. When I to send it from the homepage where all the courses
are - it says i cant send to you as you are not an Articulate Subscriber.
It looks like you may have responded via email, and your attached image didn't come through. Could you attach it directly to the forum thread by clicking the View button from your email, then the ADD ATTACHMENT button?

What browser are you using to access Rise? Are you also logged into your Articulate 360 account using your Articulate ID?
When you click the "new" button to create a new course you should see it appear like this:
