I am leaving the company I am currently working for and my Articulate 360 license will be transferred to another employee. Will the Rise Files that I've worked on get deleted? Currently the company only has one license.
The other employee has an Articulate ID but I could not transfer ownership since they are not part of the Team.
Great question! With an Articulate 360 Teams subscription, team admins can transfer access from one user to another as long as the subscription is active. See this article for details.
An individual Articulate 360 subscription can't be transferred to another user, but you can upgrade to a Teams subscription and then transfer access to another user.
