It looks like Articulate Rise courses do not work in older versions of Chrome. For an example Chrome 42. When switching between lessons in rise, lessons do not change and only blank screen under the lesson title is presented.
Are there any plans to fix it?
P.S. Course content works fine in the newest version of Chrome
Rise is only supported for authoring and viewing in the latest versions of Chrome on the desktop, and for mobile viewing within Google Chrome in Apple iOS 8 or later and Google Chrome in Android OS 4.1 or later.
Currently my Chrome is on Version 55.0.2883.95 and states it's up to date.
Yes, it works perfectly in the up to date version of Chrome. However at some organisations unfortunately users don't have administer rights to update their version and are limited by IT to a specific preinstalled version. In my case it is Chrome 42, where unfortunately the content doesn't run. S
So I was just wondering if there are any plans to have a wider selection of browser versions supported.
Thanks, Ashley. This is what I guessed. Always worth to ask though.
However, it would be great if a nice pop-up was added to the viewing mode if the version of your browser is older than required. It could ask to use latest version of Chrome, FF or IE11. If this warning message would also be customize-able, I would love it.
I think there is a warning message appearing in the authoring mode if Edge is used for an example. It would be great to have a similar warning appearing in a viewing mode if an old version of browser is used. I can add it myself using HTML code and some JS inside published files, but it would be great if this was there by default =)

Hi Matt,
I don't believe we have plans to go back to older versions of Chrome. Are they only able to run version 42 for a specific reason?

Have a nice day.
That's a great thought, Matt. We'll look into having the unsupported browser notification bar added to older versions of Chrome as well.
Happy New Year!
