I'd love to let our team know about this idea, and I'm curious to know more. Would you mind telling me a little more about what you had in mind?
It sounds like you're looking for the ability to reuse a block in different lessons. For example, if you created a numbered list block in Lesson 1, do you want the ability to reuse the same numbered list block in lesson 2 without having to copy/paste?
Thanks for that screenshot, Karin! That was really helpful.
We don't currently have a feature in Rise that will allow you to move blocks to another lesson, but I can see how that would be useful. I'll pass along the idea for you!
We're continuously exploring new features, and customer input is extremely valuable in that process. Thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see. 😊
Now that you've responded here you should be subscribed to this forum discussion and we'll post here once that feature is released. Thanks for reaching out!
I just ran into the same problem. I wanted to change the layout and the flow of the course and I figured there must be a way to move content around. I ended up opening a preview window and copying the content. Very cumbersome. Please implement this feature asap.
I agree that the ability to move blocks within the same lesson is needed functionality. The way it is now, I have to copy and paste the content into a new block and then delete the block that is in the wrong place. There should be a Move Up option and a Move Down option to allow the user to change a block's position easily.
It sounds like you'd simply like to re-order your content and you can certainly do that. Check out this brief video I made for you to demonstrate how you can both re-order lessons and/or re-order blocks within a lesson.
I would like this feature too! Sometimes I create an outline that needs to be changed later. I would love to be able to move blocks to another lesson. :)

Let me know if I'm off base here!
Not to reuse, but to move. I put content in the wrong place. (Although copying might be nice too if you want to reuse a particular setup.)
Look at the attached pic

Hey Learn.TMW,

Hope that helps :)
Yes, this is exactly what I needed. Thanks so much!
Yay 🎉Glad I was able to help you out 😁
Me too! Thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate it. Great

Have a wonderful weekend.

Copy or move blocks between lessons is a must. Drag and drop UI for blocks would be very helpful rather than arrow up and down.
Yes!! Drag & drop would be awesome!

^^^ thank you for sharing, Adam!
