I've been looking for a way to share workload or allow my colleague to work on a rise module. I can't seem to share my work so that it can be edited by others. Could this be an additional feature of rise?
Great news - it will be a feature added in Q1 '17 to have collaborators on a course created within Rise! We'll keep you posted on that release, but once it's ready it'll be immediately pushed out to you in Rise. We also are keeping the Rise Version History page updated so you can see all the features and when they were added here.
Is there any update available on this item yet? This is something we would very much like to see as well as we often have multiple developers working on courses or curriculums, and on occasion we do have people who leave the company and might need to update a course they worked on at some point. This would be very, very useful.
We're still working on the Collaborators feature which would allow you to share a course with another 360 Teams member (your team or another team!) and we're also hard at work on a "transfer" course so that you could transfer ownership from any Rise user to any other user, which sounds like it would match your situation if someone were to leave. Both of these are looking like early Q2 right now!
So I see that the new Share feature allows you to share a copy with co-workers, but will there be a way to share a copy that EVERYONE can work on so that there arent multiple copies? So it's more like how Google Docs works (one copy, not necessarily live editing)?

We're still working on the Collaborators feature - that'll allow multiple
people to edit one Rise course.
It's scheduled for release by the end of this month (June) so I'll keep you
posted.
