Course completion

Hi all,
I haven't been on here in a while. Wow! Amazing things are happening I see.
Quick question - Is there a way to track course completion without an LMS? In SL I used to use an online embedded form and the completion status gets emailed to me i.e name, complete, date. etc. I think it's a little archaic to have to notify the person that you have completed the informational session so they can mark you complete (Honor system). Defeats the capabilities in my book. I haven't used rise from a development stand point yet, but experienced from a UX. Thoughts?
Thanks!
Kai

Hello Kai,
If you are looking to track your Rise content without an LMS, I'll leave that to the community for advice and best practices.
We recommend utilizing an LMS for tracking and any LMS that is compliant with SCORM, AICC or Tin Can API will provide accurate tracking capabilities.
I know some users are using embedded forms in Rise as well, so not sure if a similar solution will work for you as well.
Thanks Leslie! Yes, I am thinking about online forms, but would love to hear from folks whether they've had a good experience with using it as an LMS isn't currently an option.
I'm also interested in tracking a course completion outside of the LMS. Can Rise send an email or any sort of notification on completion? If I can get anything from it, I can kick off a process to send the certificate from another system.
Hi Lisa!
Unfortunately, that’s not currently possible. If you have time to log a feature request and tell us more about your specific needs, that would be super helpful!
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
