Default text remains when changing text type to heading / subheading only

Hi there,

Had a weird issue today where our translation company came back to us asking if we wanted the text "When we show up to the present moment with all of our senses ...." translated.

This is obviously the default text that is added when using a text block.  A thorough search of the course confirmed that this text did not exist anywhere yet it was being exported as part of an XLIFF export.

It turns out that if you add a text block as a paragraph or paragraph with heading\subheading but then change the block type to subheading\heading only, the default text remains even though not displayed and is exported with the XLIFF.

Hopefully this can be fixed, but thought I'd share it here for others.
