We want to embed an Engage interaction into Rise and know that we need to house the Engage interaction somewhere. We're not able to put it on our website, we can't use the Articulate server- can we put it on Moodle and link to it so that it shows on Rise? Anyone use Vimeo to link?

Have you considered publishing the interaction for Web and hosting the output on Amazon S3? Amazon S3 offers free hosting with generous usage limits. See this video tutorial by Tom Kuhlmann to learn more about Amazon S3.
From there, you can use an iFrame code to embed the interaction in an Embed/URL lesson or block:
<iframe src="Insert Your URL to the HTML file here"></iframe>
