I finished the first draft of a course and want to see how it works in my LMS. I started the export process about 30 minutes ago. My course has a decent amount of embedded videos and images so I can see it taking some time. Anyone exported a video-intensive course yet and, if so, did it take a long time for you?
Hi Mark! Thanks for reaching out to us here, so sorry for the trouble! 30 minutes seems excessive, even for a course with a decent amount of embedded videos. Publishing times can vary based on course size, but usually only by a few minutes.
So sorry Mark! I just realized you were referring to Rise, not Storyline. Please excuse the mix up!
We haven’t seen a Rise course take that long to publish, and we have created some video-heavy courses internally. I would recommend that you open a case so we can gather more information on what else could be using all your memory or speed.
If you do go that route, feel free to share your case number here and I'll be sure to follow along with it. :)
Mark, we have rolled out a fix for these export issues. Please give it a try and let us know if you still experience problems. Thanks for your patience.

After over an hour I gave up on the AICC export. Going to try later with the SCORM 1.2.

Hi Mark, our engineering team is currently testing out a fix for some known export issues. We expect it to be out very soon. We'll keep you updated.
