Exporting PDF of Course

In Articulate Review you can export the comments - pdf or excel versions (see attached). This is a great feature and very as an internal reference within the business. Are you looking at being able to export a PDF of the course content? Would be very beneficial to be able to provide a PDF version of the course to students in certain circumstances, particular in cases where they have poor internet service. I would prefer that this function be available in Articulate Rise however you could also provide it in Articulate Review.

You're not alone! We've seen this request a few times, and it's a feature our product team is looking into! We'd be happy to keep you posted here when/if this becomes available.
In the meantime, you can use Ctrl + P (or Command + P) to save each page of the Rise course as a PDF. Adam recorded a quick demo of this using Peek here – around the 1:05 mark.
You also have the option for offline viewing in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Simply download a Rise course as a web package > extract the .zip file > then launch the index.html file to open the course without internet connection. Here’s a quick Peek if you'd like to follow along with visuals!

Yes l had seen this function. However, as l understand it l need to do the download as the Course Developer then provide the HTML file to the student? ie. the student does not have the ability to download an offline version themselves?

Hi Robert - Sounds like you are going for the viewing offline option that Alyssa shared above? Yes, they would need the zip file and instructions to extract/view as she shared above.

I realize that this thread is two years old so am wondering if there is anything new in this regard. I am currently trying to send the text of a Rise course to a client. I am trying to export it as a PDF but I'm not sure it is working. I started the export almost two hours ago. How long should I expect it to take? The course is not that long or that intricate.
On a related note, is there a better way to send the text to the client? I want them to be able to read it, including all of the branching/interactions, and make comments/changes.

Hi there, Nina. Sorry for the trouble -- We're working on an issue with exporting PDFs from Rise 360. We're updating the status here if you'd like to follow along.
PDF will be the best format to provide your client if they need a text version that can be edited in a PDF reader. Another option is to use Review 360. Your client can give you feedback on your course while interacting with it.
