So...our corporate font is Arial (really Helvetica) and so I tried to import it into Rise following the directions.
My challenge is that the letter i renders as l. If you look at the attached screen capture, you can see the word Distribution renders as Dlstributlon incorrectly. Suggestions?
In Review...it's rendering as a serif font. I asked a colleague to view the course, and the attached screen shot shows it. Any ideas on what might be going on?
Thanks for those screenshots! To be sure I'm understanding correctly, are the fonts in your Rise course appearing as serif fonts when you view the course in Articulate Review?
If so, would you mind sending me the the Articulate Review "Share" link? Also, what web browser were you using when you noticed this?
Hi there Keith! It looks like you sent me the link to your course in Articulate Review again.
What I'd like to see is the Rise "Share" link. You can find that link by opening your course in Rise, then clicking the Share button at the top. Copy the link, then paste it here in a new thread comment. Thanks!
Thanks, Keith. You mentioned earlier that you added Arial as a custom font for this course. Are you seeing the incorrect "serif" font in the places where you used Arial?
Yes - both Arial (body) and Arial Black (headings). On the same page - the button stack in the introduction - some of the text is properly rendered, other is not (the serif font).

Hi Keith!
Thanks so much for sharing the screenshot! I'm going to try to recreate this on my end. Did you install Arial Regular only, or also Arial Bold?
Alyssa -
I figured it out. I re-rendered the font in Squirrel font using the advanced settings. It worked this time. So that's good.
To answer your question - we are using both Arial Black (the font with problems) for headings the Arial for body text.
Thanks for the update, Keith! I'm glad to hear you got it sorted out.
Now...Part two. :(

Curiously, they render correctly on my system sometimes - as well as my iOS devices, yet my colleagues they render as a serif (Times New Roman?) font.
Thanks, Keith. I'm seeing the serif font as well--this one is a puzzle, for sure.
And would you mind also sending the Rise "Share" link? I'd like to compare that to what I'm seeing in Articulate Review.
Thanks!
Thanks for asking Alyssa. And thanks for your patience...being new to Articulate 360 and Rise, I have lots to figure out.

It's occurring on two of my colleagues systems.

This is a real puzzle, Keith! I ran across another community member who is experiencing the same issue, so you're not alone.
We've tried recreating this problem on our end, and so far, we haven't had any luck.
From here, could you send a copy of your Rise course with our Support Engineers? Reach out here, and they'll walk you through some next steps.
