Sorry to hear one of your courses were deleted! Did you already look in the Deleted courses folder for that? Similar to the Recycle bin on your computer it stays there unless you permanently removed it.
The SCORM export (or Web, PDF, etc.) aren't a format that can be imported into Rise.
