Issue to launch Rise

Hi,
I've been working on a course for quite some time but today when I tried to log on to Rise I am not able to launch it. When I use IE I get to the "landing page" but the course will not start. When I try Google Chrome, the screen is just blinking and course is not launching.
The other web tools, like Articulate Review and CL works fine.
I am trying to find out if it is a problem at your end or at ours e.g. any settings that IT have updated. Anyone else, expiring similar problems?

Hi Mona,
Were you authoring in IE11 or viewing a Share link there? It's a supported browser for viewing the Rise courses, but not for authoring.
Can you try visiting rise.articulate.com in the Chrome browser and see if you're able to load that page?
