Hi is there any movement on this and other diacritics? My team have a case open for this issue too from over a year ago and we have received no updates nor fixes for this issue. It's a really bad look.
Hi there, Lauren. I'm sorry we've been unable to help find a web variation of Roboto or Open Sans that will work with your Maori text. As one more potential workaround, could you please have a look at the suggestion that Hannah makes here? She found success, and I'm hoping this will get your text to appear the way it should.
We've found that web fonts have variations, and if we're unable to find the variation that includes all of the proper characters, the text will fall back to a default font for those characters. I'm sorry I don't have another update for you at this time.
Hi Regan and Lauren! If you're using Roboto or Open Sans fonts in your courses, we've just updated those fonts to the latest version. Clear your browser cache to see the effect in your courses.
