Thanks for posting your question here in the forums. You can hyperlink to an email address in Rise using a Button block or Button Stack block, which are available under the "Interactive" tab in the All Blocks library.
I had seen those, but I was hoping to be able to hyperlink an email in the middle of a text block. For example a sentence that states what the email address is, and making that clickable.
Hi Reagan! That's not a feature that's available in Rise right now, but it is important for us to track how many customers want the feature, so do please submit a feature request for that here. Thank you! :) We do listen to your feedback and feature requests to decide on what's going to be added to the tool next, so your opinions are important to us.
I am following this thread as well, as this is something I would find very helpful as well. (I've submitted a feature request as well.) Thanks, everyone!

Here's a helpful article: Rise: Use Button Blocks to Send Emails
Hope this helps! :)

Will do. It's weird that a 20+ year old html feature isn't available without an alternate being offered.
Building on this, is there a way to change the subject line? Currently, the email subject defaults to the name of the course.
I have tried using the HTML string: mailto:someone@example.com?Subject=Hello%20again and cannot get that to work. Thanks for your help, in advance!
Hi Derek,
Right now, there isn’t a way to do that in Rise 360. Would you be up for logging a feature request to tell us more about your specific needs?
In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
I've also submitted a feature request for this functionality. Corporate clients are still heavily reliant on email communication.
Thanks for doing that, Greg. We'll be sure to update this discussion when we have more info to share.

Hi Amanda,
You should be able to insert mailto: hyperlinks within text. If this isn't working for you, please let us know more about the trouble you're seeing!
