Are more question types going to be included? It seems that only a multiple-choice (single answer) option is available. Would be good to see multiple-choice (multiple answers) and sorting questions etc.
This is great news! Rise is a total game changer and we absolutely love it! I heard the Tin Can API output will be available in the Q2 release, will it be around the same time as the additional question types you listed above Adam? Thanks again!
Tin Can is currently slated for later this month! The question types will also be rolling out over the next couple months so we'll keep you posted on both!
This particular module I am working on has 4 case studies to test the user content. Seems simple to have each case study as a quiz, right? But, I would like to combine the results of all 4 quizzes to establish pass/fail results. Is this possible in Rise?
Drag and Drop would be awesome as well. Really looking forward to the added question types! Any chance they would be available before June 1? Thank You!
Over the next few months, we’re going to be adding some other question types!
We release features as soon as they’re done so we can get them in your hands as fast as possible! We'll let you know once those new question types are available.
Hi Ashley, hope all is well with you guys! I am just circling back in here to follow up on Katie's question above re tin can api in Rise.
I think you mentioned it was slated for end of April but I have not seen a release of it yet? Could you let me know when it will be released pls. Thanks again.

Hi, Adam. I was all excited about using Rise to redesign a course but was bummed to seee just Multiple-choice, single answer questions available. We really need multiple answer, matching, and drag and drop also to make sure we assess the course without just the "lucky guess" method.
We've just started a big e-learning project and we were keen on trying Rise but the lack of multiple answers forced us to pick another authoring tool :(.
We are purchasing more licences as Rise is looking to be very usefull for us however we need more question choices such as multiple answers can you give me a time frame when these will be available it's really important we have these added soon.
We have this targeted for Q2 of this year, but it is noted that we will release them as they are ready. Nothing more specific than that, but it is on the radar.
Hi Leslie, we're also desperately waiting on multiple answer multi-choice questions. There's less than two weeks left in Q2 — do you not have a more specific release date yet? Four months ago Adam said "we will be adding more question types with the next 60 days (including multi-select.)" and we still haven't seen anything yet.
I'm glad you're excited about new quiz questions in Rise--we are, too! I don't have a more specific release date yet, but we'll launch each new question type as it's ready so you can begin using it immediately.
Thanks for checking in, and you can stay up to date with all of the new things we've added to Rise right here!
Hi Alyssa, I'm not sure how "desperately waiting on" translates to "excited"? And what you're saying is there's now 1 week left in Q2 and you can't tell us if it's going to make that target?

We can get by with multi-select and true/false. Thanks Adam.
Christopher - we will be adding more question types with the next 60 days (including multi-select.)
By the way, you can do true/false right now. Just limit the question to two answers and change the text. Here's an example:

Hi, Steve!
Each quiz in Rise will have its own results, and you'll be able to choose one of those as your LMS reporting/tracking option.
Have you tried using an ungraded Knowledge check to end each case study, followed by a final quiz to test the learners on all the case studies?
If having more than one results slide is important to your course, have you looked at building this in Storyline 360? There you can combine points from multiple results slides.
Something important to keep in mind while building in Articulate 360 tools, is choosing the right tool for the job!

Hello Nils and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
I know many of you are excited for this feature. Looks like it is targeted for this quarter.
Hi Emma,
I need to use the multiple choice question with an options to pick more than one answer and I don't see this as a feature. Am I missing something?
Thanks
Ruth

Thanks Ashley,
I saw that more questions types are to be added, do you know when?
Thanks
Ruth
Hi Ruth,
We'll begin releasing these new question types incrementally over the next few months as they're ready.
We'll be sure to share updates in the ELH forums!

Hey Benjamin and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
We certainly understand and as Ashley mentioned above, new question types will be rolling out as they are ready.
My vote is for multiple select, matching, and sorting

Hey Fredrik. Thanks for you honesty, and of course, we're sorry to hear that we couldn't offer what you needed at the moment.
We're happy to have you try out Articulate 360 again in the future! Stay tuned to our regular updates.
