I would like to insert questions in Urdu Language, however, there are some technical terms which can not be converted into Urdu language so I am trying to keep them as an English but facing issues. It shows either left to right || Right to Left. We useually fix it using dir="rtl" || "ltr" tag but the input fields do not support HTML Tags, Please help me out.

I copied the text you shared here into a Rise quiz question and it displayed as follows:
Is that what you're seeing too, where the Urdu characters are not displaying as you'd expect? We don't yet support Right to Left languages in Rise, but we'll let you know here as soon as we do.
Thanks - I see that in Preview all the text shifts back to the left-hand side, but the characters are still appearing correctly yes? We're working on adding support for Right to Left Languages as I mentioned so I'll let you know as soon as this is ready!

It appears fine as long as you are viewing it on Rise Backend but when you see in in preview mode, it creates an issue.
Please view this question in "Preview" Mode.
