Need help exporting Rise to BbLearn

Hi Carlita,

Does Blackboard require you to use SCORM 1.2? Have you tried any of the other SCORM or Tin Can API outputs? 

Also, are you seeing a specific error message when you try to upload this to your LMS?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong as this is my first time thru.  The message is  "fatal error"

I've created a case with our Support Engineers on your behalf so we can fix up the course for export! You should receive a confirmation email with some next steps soon – I'll also follow along and post updates here, as needed!

I am also seeing the same error when trying to import a Rise module into Blackboard. I have tried exporting as Tin Can and SCORM. Please keep us updated!

I took a peek at Carlita's case and saw that my teammate, Miker, asked if the message also appears in SCORM Cloud. I don't have an update to share as of yet, but the best way to identify an LMS issue is to compare how the published output behaves in SCORM Cloud–an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output.

If you're also seeing that Fatal notice, uploading the course there to see how it functions is a great next step–just to get a neutral baseline outside of Blackboard.
