Process block question

If you look at the attached image, you will see that in this piece I had created a callout-looking photo that I want to be placed within this process block. Trouble is that since the current setup only allows for 1 image insertion and in only one location, I'm not able to provide what the client wants. They actually want me to place this callout at the bottom of the slider and place an icon at the top where the normal location of the image would go.
I tried to copy and paste the image from Word into the text area. This worked for a few moments. But then the photo disappeared. Do you have any ideas of how I can make this happen for them that I'm not thinking of?

Hello, Sarah! Happy to hear you're taking Rise for a spin.
The process block is set up for the image to appear above the text, but it sounds like you need it the other way around. We've heard other folks say they'd like more flexibility with the layout of various block types, so I'll add your vote to that list!
In the meantime, I'd encourage you to explore how you can create a completely custom process interaction in Storyline. Then, you can add that Storyline interaction right into your Rise course using a Storyline Block. Using Storyline Blocks gives you the power to customize any way you like!
