Questions - Importing Translations in Rise

Hello all! We are new to using Rise for modules that need translation. We're currently attempting to translate into 5 additional languages, and followed the helpful tips posted here on how to export (thanks!). We have sent the XLIFF files to the professional translation team, but they have come back to us with questions.
Does the XLIFF import also take care of images (jpg and png)?
To properly import, do the file names have to remain the same, or can the translators add a language code extension (e.g. file_name_FR for French)? will that impact the import?
If any of you have tips or suggestions, it would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for your question.
Rise isn’t able to export text that’s embedded in images for translation.
It’s okay to modify the XLIFF file name, you’ll still be able to reimport the translation without any issue.
I hope this helps - please reach out if I can help with anything else.
