I uploaded this to another organization's LMS for their associates to take our branded courses. They rejected the course because my name and picture is at the top of each page. Is there a way to hide this?

Fortunately, Alyssa was able to ride to your rescue...
Also, a recent update (as of yesterday) will give you a bit more control over the situation.
