Review publish challenge
Aug 22, 2018
When I go to publish to Review there are 3 options for the same name under "Publish a new version of an existing item". I am guessing I published a different version with the same name at some point but those files have been deleted. Now if I dont find the correct one to publish it will not publish at all and it is a guessing game which one to choose. is there a way to get rid of the titles that are no longer in my review?
Thanks
Tim

Sorry I should have played a bit more before posting but maybe this will help others.
If the other file with the same name is still in the deleted folder it shows up in the publish options. I removed the file from my deleted and all is good now.
I never thought to clean my deleted files before in Review.

No worries Tim. I appreciate you sharing your experience and how you were able to resolve it.
That certainly could help someone out in the future.
Hi Tim,
Good tip, I hadn't seen that before myself!
The deleted file folder is similar to the recycle/trash bin on your computer (or even in your home!), it's not truly gone until you empty it. That way if you deleted something by mistake you've got a chance to go back and find it.
I may not have solved it after all. Same course will not publish today in review or in scorm. I will file a support ticket.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out to our team Tim. Looks like Wilbert was able to point you to an issue that we had with exporting from Rise. This should be up and running for you now.
