I'm not incredibly familiar with Blackboard, but you can export Rise courses for AICC, SCORM 1.2, and SCORM 2004 4th Edition learning management systems. Just open your Rise course for editing, click Export in the upper right corner of the screen, and choose an LMS specification.
Thanks for checking in! The ETA on Tin Can API support has shifted a bit into Q2, but we'll keep you posted here once it is available so as long as you're subscribed to the forum you'll get an email notification when staff shares an update. You can also double check the Rise version history page, if you think you missed something here in ELH as we're keeping that update with new features and fixes that get pushed out.
I am also having issues uploading my rise course in Blackboard. I have already tested the course in SCORM cloud and there were no issues. The issue is not exporting the course but successfully uploading it into Blackboard. I received this error message (attached). Any help is appreciated!

Tin Can API (xAPI) support is coming soon!
We are developing a course in Rise that will require xAPI as well. Do you know when "soon" will be? Thanks!

I'd be sure to reach out to your Blackboard team if you do not get a reply from a fellow user here in the forums soon.
