Hi there, I have a very bizarre thing happening. I have a PDF in a Rise Blocks. When the course is viewed in the LMS using IE the PDf opens. When viewed in Chrome it just exits the course and goes back to the course menu. Help please!
Hi there, Dave. Your browser settings usually control what happens with attachments, whether they download or open. Are you seeing this behavior in Chrome where the course returns to the course outline page? Can you check these Chrome settings:
