We have a teams account on Articulate Rise but when my colleague creates a Rise module I can edit it but for some reason I can't download it. Does anyone know a way to get round this?
If I'm understanding your question correctly, you'd like to be able to export a course that your co-worker has created. As of right now, only course authors can export courses. A possible workaround would be for your co-worker to send you a copy of the course. Once you have your own copy, you will be able to export it. However, keep in mind that any changes you make the copy will only be reflected in your copy of the course.
If allowing collaborators to export courses would make authoring in Rise easier for you log a feature request to tell us more.

Thank you for logging this as a feature request. Our team is running into the same issue as Pete and would love to be able to transfer ownership within our group on Rise courses as easily as we can with sharing a Storyline course for development/update needs.
You should be able to transfer ownership by hovering over the owner in the Collaborators tab (see screenshot). Let me know if you have trouble getting this to work.
