When running rise courses in Internet Explorer we are noticing that the course suffers significant lag. It is displaying just very slowly. What would you recommend to solve this concern. Google Chrome is very responsive however some users still want to use IE.
Do you know what version of Internet Explorer they're using? IE11 is supported for viewing Rise courses (not authoring).
Also, are they viewing using the Share link or did you use one of the export options and upload to your LMS or web server? If you can share the link with me, I'm happy to test it in IE11 as well and narrow down if it's a bandwidth issue.
Hi there, Evan. Thanks for clarifying. I see a bit of "jitteryness" with the transitions between blocks and lessons in IE as compared to Chrome, and maybe a bit of lag, too. I'll make sure our team is aware and can investigate possible solutions on our end. I'll keep this discussion updated with any new info!

We are using IE 11, and running through an LMS. I don't have a link as it resides in our LMS. Does this help
