Is anyone else having issues with Rise right now? The website won't load for me and I finally got it to display and there are no courses?? I'm right in the middle of a huge project that's due today!!!!! EEEKKKKK! 😡
I'm having the same issue! I'm getting the message: "Your computer is offline". I had the same problem last week and on the weekend. Rise was down for about 2-3 hours!

Confirming that we are also back up and running - for now. I actually like the idea of being able to export backup files that could be uploaded again to make sure that we would not have lost EVERYTHING in an event like this were it to happen again. We'd be in really, really bad shape if we lost what is being hosted here.
We agree- it's always a good idea to keep back ups!
We actually routinely create an encrypted backup of all Rise content. We keep 60 days of backups in rotation to protect data from being lost. These backups are stored on Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) at Amazon Web Services (AWS). You can find all the details in our Privacy Policy and in our Trust Center.

I just opened a case, too.
Is there ANY way Rise can let you download and keep backups or edit projects locally? This is a bad issue.

Thanks, Carol and Erin for sharing that link too!
Good grief!
Mine is up now! YAY!
Mine is also working now.
Just kidding. Just went down again... Looks like it is still in an unstable status.
Looks like Rise is back online now. We are working on a solution to prevent the app from going offline again. We’re so sorry for the trouble!
