Rise export problems

I am trying to re-publish a rise course which was originally published in SCORM 1.2. However, customer is having issues with suspend data and their LMS so I am trying to export to 2004 4th edition but it is not working.  It is just hanging, nothing happening when it says processing.  Left it for over an hour and still nothing. I am not getting any errors, using chrome, latest version (Version 57.0.2987.98).  Would really appreciate a speedy response as I need to get this to a client ASAP.rise screen
