We're still working on the features to update the labels within Rise, which would allow you to change things like Start Course in English to read in another language and the feature for the Author UI to be in a few other languages as well. Both of those are still slated for Q1- so coming soon.
I suspect you were looking for a bit more insight from the community at large for anything they've done to date to accomplish this - so I'll leave you in their hands. :)
Happy to announce that you can now customize the default text labels in Rise. This gives you the ability to make built-in course elements, such as buttons and lesson headers, say what you want them to say.
