Rise not giving credit in LMS

I've had several reports of learners not able to get completion credit with a Rise course even though the course shows they've completed it. So far, I haven't been able to recreate the problem and other learners in the courses have been able to get completion credit. I've contacted the LMS and they can see that the course is not reporting a score from the SCORM course for the specific learner. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be the problem?
