Rise not Launching in IE10

I am trying to launch Rise and it just closes out. Once I click launch, it opens a window in IE and looks like its loading and then it just closes the window. I already checked compatibility modes and even cleared my cache and still nothing. I even tried to launch it in Chrome and it just keeps refreshing the page. Any suggestions?

I don’t think IE10 is “officially” supported, but the Chrome piece is more troubling. Are you on VPN or otherwise behind a firewall or on a virtual network when accessing? We have intermittent problems with access depending on how my folks are connecting. Seems like a straight WiFi connection usually resolves them, even if it is less than ideal

Hi Vania. Paul is correct. IE10 is not a supported browser for viewing or authoring in Rise. You can check out our list of supported browsers here.

That being the case, the behavior you're describing when launching Rise from Chrome doesn't sound right. I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so they can help you troubleshoot this.
