Hello! One of my Rise courses includes a sorting activity. My current students couldn't get the activity to work on the iPads they were issued for class. Attempting to drag and drop the cards moves the whole screen. Is there a fix for this?
Do you know what iOS they're using on the iPads? There was an issue reported in iOS 11.3, where some drag and drops on various sites (not just Articulate) were not working correctly and the latest iOS has a fix for that.
Let me know if you're still seeing the issue, and I'd love to take a look at your Rise course using the Share link or a link to your LMS/web server.
