Rise- Photo behind lesson titles?

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to add a photo behind the lesson titles? I know you can add a cover photo- and that will show in the menu the side while the learner is taking the course- but is there a way to add a photo behind the text of each lesson title?

I've attached a photo for clarification- I'm looking to add a photo behind 'Overview of Course Materials' in the photo

One of the rise modules in the elearning examples had gifs for the headers with each text/photo (see in the link below)

but I don't know if I am tech savvy enough to change all of the coding needed for that-
