Rise project with

Sep 17, 2018

I've created a Rise e-learning for new employees in a specific country. Our manager was happy with the output and now wants a similar e-learning for a department in a different country. A lot of content is identical, but there are also content differences for both countries. I could create a second version for the new country and then add/delete some relevant content. That way I end up with 2 different e-learnings. On the other hand: is there a different/better way of working? Could I create one e-learning, with content that is visible for one country and not for the other, or vice versa? Was anyone in a similar situation before? Many thanks in advance for sharing your insights.

Hello, Gerd!

I like your idea to duplicate the original course to create a second version. This would be the easiest way to manage the content.

You could also create a single branched course with content for both countries, but that would take more time and would require a more complex design.

I'd love to see the ideas the community will share with you, too!
