Rise Web Export not working

Hello. I have exported my Rise course using the Web export type. If I launch the course locally (directly from the drive) then it runs fine. However, when I try using the web address it will not get past the "Your course is loading, Hang tight." screen. This is happening in both IE and Chrome, and even using my Android phone.
I'm using a company web server, and am hosting some Articulate presenter packages on the same server without any problems. Any ideas for addressing the issue with Rise?

Hello Chris. I'm wondering if you got a solution to your problem? We're experiencing a similar thing. In late November, our exported Rise courses worked fine. About a week later, they didn't (this was after the Dec. 4 update). Now, we get a white screen after starting the course.
Bruce, sorry for the long response. The short answer is no, I have not yet received a solution.
I was in a time crunch and ended up using the Rise "Share" feature to provide a link for web access. I have not submitted a ticket because I wanted to work with some co-workers to see if they are having the same problem with their Rise courses and also, it just got pushed to the back burner.
