SME Review

Mar 01, 2017

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has a nice way of collecting SME feedback on Rise courses.

I think I am correct in my belief that I can't put a Rise course on Articulate Review.  With my Storyline courses I usually provide a Word version of my courses (in addition to Scorm version) for SMEs to insert comments on the relevant page.

I have had some feedback from SMEs not wanting the reveiw and provide written feedback in long form.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Ta Christine

You're spot on Matthew - we're working on being able to have Rise courses hosted in Review to gather comments and feedback and currently that's looking like Q2 of this year. We'll keep folks posted about any changes in that timeline and as we get closer to a release date we'll give you an update here in ELH. You can also keep an eye on the Rise Release Notes, and the What's New page for additional information!

As far as printing to a PDF, I haven't seen anyone do so in Rise yet -  so I'd be curious to hear is that gets you closer to what you need!

Thanks everyone for the ideas.  I will give the print to PDF option a try.  A SME kindly gave her feedback using screenshots with highlight boxes which was really good.

Nice to see some of the Aussie gang coming through this post (thanks Matthew & Wendy.  PS Wendy I am from Perth).  thanks for the support.  Ta Christine

Great news!  We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.

The item you may be interested in is:

Publish Rise courses to Articulate Review to gather feedback from stakeholders. Collect in-context feedback, follow threaded discussions, and mark comments resolved.

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to get started with this feature!

You can access all the Articulate 360 and Rise tutorials from this page.
