There appears to be a technical problem occurring with adding images to the Carousel. The first time it occurred the images froze in upload (see screenshot) but cannot be canceled. The second occurrence allowed me to upload 3 images but every image after "appears" to upload yet does NOT appear in the images.
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with using the carousel block. This is a bug that our team is currently monitoring. In the meantime - It would be great to get a closer look at your course if you don't mind submitting it. You can do that right here.

Hi Robin! I'm happy to report in today's update for Rise 360, we fixed an issue where uploading multiple images to a carousel block was failing.
