It's actually a feature request I've passed along to our Product team to insert superscript text!
I know myself and a few other community members were able to copy and paste them out of Word into Rise. You'll need to use the options in Word to "insert symbol".
Another idea from my colleague was to use the Unicode characters to insert them into the text. Just a quick web search will help you find the ones you need - for example the previous discussion was a user who needed a superscript 6.
