Transferring Rise courses

Nov 12, 2016

Hello! I've been playing with (and loving) Rise. I'm curious to know if it is or will be possible to transfer Rise projects between people? For example, if I have a team of developers at work and a person leaves, can I transfer his or her Rise projects to myself or another member of the team?

THANKS!

Tim

That is great is there any chance we can get to share courses with different organisations and perhaps work on them collaboratively?

I work with a number of organisations where they take control of the files after I complete them, and sometimes they will need me to look at them sometimes. It would be good to be able to share these!

Hi, sorry for not posting in the totally right forum, but this is somewhat related.

I'm reaching the end of my trial period for 360 and I've developed quite some stuff in RISE (I love it).
I'm about to subscribe, probably today, and I have 2 questions. The most important one is this: will what I have developed so far in Rise, during trial, still be available when I've subscribed? And the second, if I subscribe as single user and the Transfer features requires Team accounts, can I then upgrade to Teams? Thanks!

You beat me to all the answer Philippe!

Also, the ability to transfer a course will be accessible to all Rise users (individual or teams). The Collaboration feature that is coming, where you'd work on a course together and be able to share it, is something that will only be for 360 Teams accounts (you'll be able to collaborate with another user on your own team or another team).

Hi all,

We pushed an update out to Rise yesterday allowing you to now copy and send a Rise course to another author (individual or teams user). You can read more about it here and the full Rise version history is here

Collaboration feature is also still on it's way - so we'll keep you posted on that too.

Let us know if you need anything else. 😀
