Is there more to that error message that you could share with us?
I'd want to confirm that you're exporting the Rise courses following the steps here for LMS. Also have you tried a few of the different LMS options (SCORM, AICC, or Tin Can API)? Each LMS may require a different output type for proper uploading and playback.
Next, are you attempting to upload the zipped folder?
Also, if you'd like to share one of the zipped folders here I can test uploading to a site such as SCORM Cloud. It's a free, easy way to test out any content published for LMS.
Ashley I could use some assistance as I am also having issues. I am publishing (exporting) to scorm 1.2. These two projects are the same except one as a particular block removed.
I am uploading to Litmos. The client is uploading to Edge with the same error messages.
I have attached a screen shot of the error messages along with the zip files. One file appears twice because 1) the first version was the direct save when exporting and 2) the second version was the download after Articulate sent me an email saying operation complete. It shouldn't make a difference but I am trying everything.
I will even share the project with you if that helps so you can export.
At a total loss. I transferred ownership, had them export the file and send me the zip. Still cannot load to Scorm Cloud without getting manifest errors. Can I transfer ownership to a staff member to test exporting?

Hello Anna and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Sorry to hear that you've run into an error uploading your Rise course to your LMS.
I wanted to be sure that you're following the instructions shared here for exporting the content for your LMS.
Do you get a similar error when uploading to SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?

Ok starting to notice some things. When you open the manifest file in these scorm packages, they are blank.

This is the error from the Scorm Cloud.
I resolved the issue. Disregard.
