I am new to Articulate and am considering transferring over 100 courses in the next 2 months or so. However, it doesn't look like Rise has the feature to upload questions to the quiz. This is a huge problem for me. Is there a different software of Articulate's that has this function?

Hopefully this page can add some insight for batch imports if you want to use Storyline.
Otherwise if you would like to outsource at a cost-effective rate, Jampan seems like a good place to start for eLearning services.
