Hi Ruth, It depends a bit on where/how you want to view. ie in Articulate Review / for web / or via an LMS. I will assume you have published your course for hosting on a Learning Management System (?)
To view your course before you upload to your company/client's LMS, I recommend using Articulate's Tempshare site (you can easily load and share link, however, as the name suggests this is a temporary option only, lasting 10 days).
Alternatively you could set up a free ScormCloud account, and upload and display there.
Or lastly set up an Amazon S3 account. This is good for longer term sharing / displaying your work.
All great ideas from Christine, as there are currently two ways to share a Rise course with learners—send a shareable web link or export an LMS package.
I certainly understand that - if you need to review our Terms of Service and information on our Trust Center, that'll clarify how our team handles the storage of content in the cloud.

Those sites she shared would be great to use with the Export an LMS or Web Package option.
Thank you. I will check these out. We have one constraint that we cannot not use cloud storage for our product due to company rules.
