Wikipedia Anchors?
Mar 12, 2017
Hi all...
I tried using the mm link (Smithsonian) to link to subsections of Wikipedia articles, such as:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars#Surface_geology
As you'll notice, there's a #Surface_geology anchor tag; unfortunately Rise doesn't recognize it and instead targets...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars.
Any chance of increasing the sensitivity of this linkage to enable the target of Wikipedia subtopics?
Thanks for considering!
Michael

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the idea! I tested it out and saw the same thing as you mentioned, so I'll pass this idea to respect those deep links along to our product team. Appreciate you continuing to share and test out Rise fully. :-)
Am actually having fun doing it, Ashley... And the Mars Text is coming along nicely! Almost 100 "chapters" thus far.
Thanks for passing the idea along to the team!
Very cool Michael! I hope it's something you'll be able to share once you've completed it!
Sure thing!
