I'm trying to export a Rise course so I can see the file in a zip format. I don't see an option for this. When I click Export it simply downloads all the various files. I've tried several times to attach the various files to my LMS (Cornerstone) but it's not working. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? thanks.
I know this is an older thread, but I am having the same issues. I've never worked with SCORM or any of these other file types before. I don't know how to export my Rise 360 course in the correct format to be uploaded to my LMS. It accepts SCORM and Tin Can, but only zip files, and my downloads (in all formats) are not packaged in zip and the LMS isn't processing the files if I upload them directly from the download. Am I missing a step?

The issue was on my end. When I copied the files, I was able to zip them and all worked smoothly. All good.
Great to hear, Diane! Thanks for the update. :)

Hi Carolyn! This quick video demo explains how you can zip the output file if it is not automatically zipped when downloading.
Let me know if that helps you!
