If you have pictures with a specific height which do not fit into your screen design or perhaps that are even too big for your stage then you can insert the scrolling panels.
This function works like that.
1) Insert a picture and the scrolling picture.
2) Make sure that the picture has a larger height than the scrolling panel.
3) Drop the picture over the scrolling panel area and the scrolling panel gets visible (look at the image).
4) Make a preview and you can see that you can move the scrolling panel at the right side of the image.
For what it's worth, here is an example of a scrolling panel with a long text and a checkbox at the bottom. And here is an example of a very tall picture that can be vertically scrolled.

Scrolling panels allow you to display, for example, lots of text on one page.
The text box that you drag into it must be taller than the Scroller, and not as wide.
You may need to play around a little to get the dimension correct, but they are VERY useful.
