Very nice! I put the formula to work against already created work and it was so close it was spooky! A nice tool to use in the future! Thanks.

      Thanks, Robin!

Same here - I've always found it to be one of the best tools around for estimating projects. It's a lifesaver!

I'm glad this was shared again via the E-Learning Heroes newsletter. Sweet resource!

Jackie—are these numbers solely based on the time to develop a module in authoring software, or does it include other ISD steps like analysis, storyboarding, implementation, and evaluation?

I like the ratios, will help in the future :) But why not full HD resolution? This looks more like 400x300 px something..
  • I really like this but one small thing confused me which was the numbers. To find out what they meant I had to read through the comments to find out from Jackie's explanation because I missed the info tab. Maybe this could have been presented to the learner in a different way such as a hotspot that needed to be closed before the clock rolls in at the start.

Hello, seems like a great resource! Are others experiencing trouble opening the file? I'm getting a 404 Error that the requested URL was not found on this server.

Thanks, Melissa! Yeah - I refreshed all my examples awhile back and a few of those updates probably got missed on ELH. Thanks so much for tracking this one down!

Hi Ashley! Thanks so much for your comment! I updated the piece and the link awhile back. Melissa, who responded to your comment here, posted the correct ones.
