Add ability to lock corner-radius settings

The recent upgrade that allows us to precisely adjust the corner radius of rounded rectangle is fabulous. 

There are, however, already multiple complaints in the Discussion area about how hard it is to grab a shape without accidentally changing the corner radius. That's especially true for small shapes.

To address this frustrating issue, I suggest two changes: 

 

Add an option to lock the corners.

That could look like this: 

 

Remove the corner-radius option from standard rectangles.

When someone selects a basic Rectangle, that decision includes the desire for square corners. If they change their mind, the Change Shape function allows them to switch to a Rounded Rectangle. So there's really no need to have the corner-radius option available in a basic Rectangle.
